Data we collect

Account info: email, name, billing details (via Stripe)
Content you create: manuscripts, outlines, voice samples
Usage data: AI calls, page views, performance telemetry

How we store it

Supabase (PostgreSQL + Storage), hosted in the US. Encrypted at rest and in transit.

How we process payments

Stripe handles all payment information. We never store credit card numbers. Stripe issues 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC forms for payouts where required.

How we handle AI

When you use the AI agent, your prompts and content are sent to Anthropic (Claude API). Anthropic does not train models on API content per their published API policy. We log usage metadata (tokens, latency) for billing and analytics.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for session authentication and Google Analytics 4 for traffic measurement. No third-party advertising cookies.

Data export and deletion

You may export your books at any time via the agent. Account deletion is available on request and processes within 30 days; some data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days afterward.
