Larger books: tiered by length
Every book credit covers the $500 base. Bigger books cost more to produce, so a size surcharge is assessed at export against your final manuscript length:

Your book projects are preserved indefinitely, whether your membership is active or lapsed. You never lose your work.
Your book credits are preserved for 12 months after lapse. After that, book credits expire (but your project data does not).

Four steps from account to Amazon.
Step 1 — Sign up ($1,500). Create your Endeavor account, complete your author profile, and start your first book project. Your first book credit is included.
Step 2 — Write. Use the structured Endeavor writing environment, or import a manuscript you've already drafted. Add chapters, edit, revise, use the AI-assisted writing tools as much or as little as you want.
Step 3 — Design and publish. Choose your trim size, generate or upload your cover, review the automated interior formatting. Endeavor produces retailer-compliant print and ebook files. Approve, and we submit to Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Apple, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, and Google Play.
Step 4 — Sell. Your book is live. Track sales across every retailer from your Endeavor dashboard. Publish revisions, update metadata, or start your next book anytime.
You own everything you made.
- Copyright: yours, always. You retain 100% ownership of your intellectual property.
- Royalties: 100% yours from every retailer where you set up your own account (Amazon KDP, direct-to-Apple, direct-to-Kobo, etc.). Endeavor charges nothing on top of what those retailers pay you. For editions we distribute through Endeavor's own channel accounts, royalties are shared 60% to you / 40% to MyBestSellingBook, exactly as set out in the Terms of Service.
- Book files: yours to download and use anywhere at any time.
- ISBNs: bring your own and you are the publisher of record. Use one from our Bowker pool and MyBestSellingBook is listed as the publisher of record for that edition — your copyright stays yours either way.
- Sales data: yours, always exportable.
We are the platform. You are the author.
If you ever leave Endeavor, you can download every file you need to continue managing your books elsewhere. Books on retailer accounts you set up yourself stay live, with royalties 100% yours. Editions distributed through Endeavor's channel accounts keep selling under the Terms' royalty split — and editions published under your own ISBN can be withdrawn and republished wherever you choose.

Q: What happens to my books if I stop paying?
A: Your published books stay live on retailers as long as your ISBNs and retailer accounts are active. If your Endeavor membership lapses, you lose access to the Endeavor platform (editing, revising, publishing new books, updating metadata), but the books you already published are still selling. Your project data is preserved indefinitely. Come back anytime and everything is right where you left it.
Q: Can I use my own ISBN instead of yours?
A: Yes. If you already have your own Bowker ISBNs (or want to buy them separately), you can use them, and you are the publisher of record. If you don't, we assign one from our pool at no additional cost — for those editions, MyBestSellingBook is listed as the publisher of record, as set out in the Terms of Service. Your copyright is 100% yours either way.
Q: Can I bring my own cover?
A: Yes. Upload your cover file and we handle the print-spec generation (spine calculation, bleed adjustment, correct dimensions per retailer). Or use our AI cover generation with your input if you don't have a designer.
Q: Is this AI-written?
A: You write. The AI helps. Endeavor includes AI-assisted writing tools you can use as much or as little as you want — draft help, style consistency, voice matching, revision suggestions. The book is written by you with AI assistance, not written by AI. Every book you publish is your work, in your voice.
Q: How is this different from just using KDP directly?
A: KDP is free but it's one retailer. Setting up your own accounts on Apple, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, IngramSpark, and Google Play is time-consuming and each has different file requirements. Endeavor generates the right files for every retailer and submits them all at once. Plus you get the writing environment, ISBN management, cover design tools, and unified sales dashboard.
Q: Do you offer audiobook production?
A: Yes, as an optional add-on. We use ElevenLabs voice cloning to create an audiobook in your own voice, then distribute through Findaway/INaudio to Spotify, Apple Books, and 40+ audiobook retailers. Pricing shown at checkout.
Q: What if I want a professional to write my book instead?
