You're the expert, the market is waiting to meet.

If you don't have a book yet, you know the problem: you've spent years — sometimes decades — building expertise most people can't touch. But when a prospect Googles you, they see the same thing they see on your competitors' pages: a headshot, some credentials, a promise. Nothing that separates you.

If you already have a book, you know a different problem: your next book keeps sliding right on your calendar. You said you'd start it last quarter. You said the same thing the quarter before. Meanwhile, your positioning stays where your last book left it — and your last book is a year older than it was a year ago.

The reason experts stall on writing books is not lack of expertise. It's that traditional book production takes 9 to 18 months of nights and weekends. Editing, cover design, ISBNs, distribution deals, retailer accounts, formatting for print and Kindle and audiobook, and a hundred other things that have nothing to do with your expertise.

Most people give up somewhere between month 3 and month 6.

Most published authors quietly abandon their second and third book projects for the same reason.

You don't have to.

The Authority Author Sprint.

The done-for-you publishing sprint for experts who need their book yesterday.

We write, produce, and publish your book in as little as 7 days from the moment you have your content ready.

If you already have notes, drafts, transcripts, voice memos, podcast recordings, articles, or any other written material, we can turn it into a professionally published book faster than a traditional publisher will return your first email.

Your name on the cover. Your voice in the pages. Your book on Amazon, Apple Books, and 39,000+ retail and library partners worldwide.

You don't lift a finger on production. You show up to approve, to sign, and to be positioned as a published author for the rest of your career.

What being a published author actually does for you.

Authority you couldn't buy with a marketing budget. Your book on Amazon is a searchable, verifiable, third-party credential that outranks your website in Google. Every prospect who researches you finds it. Every podcast booker who considers you finds it. Every stage that considers you finds it. It becomes the shortest possible sentence in your bio, and it does more work than the ten sentences it replaces.

Introductions that pre-close the sale. Being introduced as "author of [your book]" is not a small thing. It changes the frame of every conversation before you open your mouth. Prospects who arrive after Googling you don't need to be convinced you're competent — they already know. Your closes get faster. Your rates go up. Your pipeline gets shorter and richer.

A legacy that outlasts you. Your kids will read it. Your grandkids will read it. Forty years from now someone will find your book in a used bookstore and it will still be selling in the background. Books don't expire. Domains do. Websites do. LinkedIn profiles do. Books just keep working.

Every piece of the production, handled.

Six steps from expert to published author.

Step 1 — See if you qualify. Complete the short qualification form. We accept 5 authors per month. Not every applicant is a fit, and we'd rather be selective and give you a great result.

Step 2 — Discovery call. Qualified applicants get on a call with Steve directly. We talk through your topic, your voice, your positioning, and what your book needs to do for your business or your legacy.

Step 3 — Commit with a $10,000 deposit. The deposit locks your seat and starts the intake process. It is non-refundable — it pays for the intake, voice analysis, outline, and positioning work we do next, and it filters out anyone who isn't ready to be a published author.

Step 4 — Full intake. We collect your existing content (notes, drafts, transcripts, articles, recordings). We analyze your voice from writing samples and recorded conversations. We build the outline, chapter architecture, and positioning strategy for your book.

Step 5 — Choose your path. Based on what we learn during intake, we present two clear options: Express ($25,000 total — for authors who have most of the raw material already) or Full Ghost ($50,000 total — for authors who want us to write the whole book from voice samples and interviews). You pick the tier that fits. The $10K deposit applies to whichever you choose.

Step 6 — Production and launch. We produce the book. You approve at defined checkpoints. Your book goes live on global retailer networks.

Then the transformation starts happening for you.

The 7-day clock starts when you're ready.

So that we set accurate expectations:

The Sprint runs at whatever speed you can supply raw material. If you show up on day one with your notes, drafts, voice memos, transcripts, articles, and any other written media that captures what you want in your book — we can produce a professionally published book in 7 days.

If you don't have that content ready, we don't start the 7-day clock. We help you gather it first. That collection process might take a week. It might take a month. It depends on how much of your thinking is already captured somewhere and how fast you can get us what we need.

Writing great content is paramount to us and we will not sacrifice that just to hit an artificial deadline. We're going to write great content, fast, once you're ready.

If you've been thinking about your book for years, you probably have more content than you realize. Podcast transcripts, blog posts, presentations, sales scripts, coaching call recordings, LinkedIn essays, keynote recordings — all of it counts.

This is for you if:

  • You're an expert, coach, consultant, executive, speaker, founder, or subject-matter authority whose business or legacy would grow if the world introduced you as a published author
  • You're a published author already, and you want your next book shipped in weeks instead of years
  • You've self-published before and you're done doing it alone
  • You're building a body of work — a series, a catalog, a shelf — and you need a repeatable publishing partner
  • You have raw material — notes, presentations, podcast episodes, LinkedIn essays, client wins, drafts you never finished — OR you have a story and voice we can capture through interviews
  • You have the budget for a serious professional publishing engagement (this is not a $500 solution)
  • You want to be selling and positioning within weeks, not 18 months

This is not for you if:

  • You want your book "for fun" and have no professional or legacy reason for publishing
  • You expect this to be free, cheap, or discounted
  • You want a traditional publishing deal with a New York house (this is a different product)
  • You want to write the book yourself (that's what the My7DayBook platform is for — you write it, we handle everything else)

See if you qualify.

5 questions, 3 minutes. Qualified applicants receive a Calendly link for a discovery call with Steve.

One paragraph. Give us the topic, the angle, and what you want the reader to walk away with.
Your ideal reader. Be specific — "coaches who charge under $10K per client and want to raise their rates" is better than "professionals."
One paragraph on who you are, what you do, and what expertise this book comes from.
What changes in your business, your career, or your life once this book exists? What's the urgency?
Notes, drafts, chapter outlines, podcast recordings, LinkedIn essays, speeches, coaching call transcripts, blog posts, articles, voice memos. Anything counts. This determines how fast we can start.

Straight answers to the questions we get asked.

Q: Whose voice is this really in?

A: Yours. In the Full Ghost tier, we build a detailed voice profile from your writing samples, recorded conversations, podcasts, or interviews — and we write in that voice. In the Express tier, we're editing and shaping content you already wrote. Either way, the book is recognizably yours to anyone who knows you.

Q: Who owns the book?

A: You do. You retain the copyright. This is standard, and it's spelled out in the contract before you pay the deposit.

Q: What if I'm disappointed with the finished book?

A: We build approval checkpoints throughout production so we don't get to the finish line with a book you're disappointed with. You approve the outline, the sample chapter, the full manuscript, and the cover before we go to press. Revision rounds are built into the process.

Q: Is this AI-written?

A: We use AI tools to organize and assist throughout production — the same way modern publishing houses do. But the book is not "written by AI" in the way you might be worried about. Every book is directed, structured, edited, and reviewed by humans. The AI serves the human process, not the other way around. Every published book includes any AI disclosure required by retailers where relevant.

Q: What if Amazon rejects the book?

A: We know Amazon's content guidelines and design around them. Rejections are rare when we control the production. If Amazon does reject, we work through the appeals process and resubmit.

Q: Can I write more than one book with you?

A: Yes. We'll talk about pricing for your second, third, and subsequent books on the discovery call if it's relevant.

Q: Can you write a book on a topic I don't know much about?

A: No. This is a book that positions you as an authority — so you have to actually be an authority. If you want a book on a topic you don't know, that's a research project, not an authority book, and we're not the right fit.

Q: What about the audiobook — is it really in my voice?

A: Yes — in your own cloned voice, if you choose. We build a voice model from a sample of your speaking using our voice technology; you approve the voice model before we generate the full audiobook, and listeners can't tell the result apart from a studio recording of you narrating. Audiobook production available on request. We provide a quote at your specific book length and voice selection, billed when you approve.

Q: Prefer to do it yourself?

A: We have a self-serve platform for authors who want to write and publish their own book using our tools instead of hiring us to do it done-for-you. It's $1,500 to sign up (includes one year membership and your first book credit) and from $500 per additional book (larger books tiered by length). See My7DayBook, our self-serve platform →
