What a Founding Partner is.

Founding Partners are brand advocates, not discount-seekers. They believe in the platform, want long-term association with it, and contribute meaningfully to its growth.

This is not part of the main My7DayBook offer, and you don't need it to write or publish your book. It exists for the handful of people who want to help carry the platform itself — and be recognized for it permanently.

What membership includes.

  • Founding Partner status — lifelong recognition as one of the platform's founding members.
  • Locked founding-rate pricing on the platform and its programs.
  • Referral commissions on the business you bring.
  • The Founders Pool — a discretionary quarterly bonus pool equal to 2% of the platform's net revenue for the quarter, capped at $1,000,000 per quarter, divided equally among the Founding Partners who satisfied that quarter's active-engagement criteria.

What we ask of you.

Pool participation is earned each quarter, not granted. The published criteria:

  • Referral — at least one closed referral per year, evaluated at the annual Q4 review.
  • Advocacy — public advocacy every quarter: a post, a podcast mention, an email to your list.
  • Participation — show up: founder calls or retreats each quarter.
  • No conflict — continuous: no reputational or competitive conflict with the platform.
  • Survey — the completed annual feedback survey, evaluated at Q4.

Meet the criteria and you share that quarter's pool equally with the other active Founding Partners. Miss them and the quarter is forfeited, not deferred.

What this is not.

The Founding Partner Program is a contractual bonus arrangement for promotional services. It is not an equity interest, a security, a partnership, a joint venture, a franchise, or employment. The pool is a discretionary bonus calculated from our books in good faith.

Membership can be suspended or removed for breach of the criteria or the Terms, with forfeiture of the current quarter. The controlling language is Section 15 of the Terms of Service.
